Diagnostics of the storage battery is carried out to determine the compliance of its capacity with respect to the manufacturer's declared one. It is impossible to determine the capacity of the battery with a conventional voltmeter or multimeter, since they will only show the voltage at the terminals, and this is where modern diagnostic tools come to the rescue, such as BOSCH and RING analyzers.

If in a car a decrease in the battery capacity affects only the number of "starts" of the engine, then in motorcycles - on the performance of the charging system and the stable operation of the electrical system as a whole. At the same time, even a "half-dead" battery leads to failure of the voltage regulator relay, which, if the battery capacity is insufficient, starts to work with a double load to charge it.

What does complete battery diagnostics include? We carry out a full cycle of charging the battery with a pulse current, after which we measure all parameters with the analyzer. The measurement results are printed in a checklist, which is then sent to the client. Also, a special label is glued to the battery with information about the date and test results.
