The warranty means the replacement of a defective device with a new one, or its repair.

• All lighting devices (with the exception of lanterns) are warranted for one year.

• The warranty period is counted from the date of sale specified in the instructions that are attached to each product, or from the moment the order is placed on the website.

• Free warranty service of the product during the warranty period is provided subject to the operating conditions of the product described in the instructions for each device.

• The manufacturer undertakes to make warranty repairs no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the product.

• The consumer's demand for exchange or return of the goods is subject to satisfaction within 10 days from the date of sale, if the goods were not in use, their consumer properties were preserved and there is evidence of its purchase from this seller (Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

• The warranty does not apply to other equipment that is used in conjunction with the devices presented on our website.

• The warranty for the voltage regulator relays is 12 months from the date of sale (installation) in the presence of a working battery and installation at the workshop! In case of self-installation, the warranty is 1 month (due to the impossibility of diagnosing the health of all accompanying system components).

• The warranty is canceled in the following cases:

  • violation of the operating conditions and connection of the device described in the instructions (exceeding the supply voltage, exceeding the permissible load, replacing the fuse with a more powerful one, etc.);

  • mechanical damage to the device;

  • misuse of the device;

  • unauthorized repair and disassembly of the device;

  • damage caused by third party electronic devices;

  • the decision to void the warranty is made only after an examination of the device by the manufacturer or authorized service centers, about which the consumer is notified in writing.

• Products corresponding to their consumer properties are not subject to exchange and return after 10 days from the date of sale (installation) (Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

• In case of repeated warranty repair of Motolight products, the consumer has the right to return the defective product to the seller with a subsequent refund of its value. The seller undertakes to refund the cost no later than 7 days from the date of application (Art. 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

• In case of mailing a defective device for warranty repair, the manufacturer will bear the shipping costs. This condition is satisfied provided that the fault occurred through the fault of the manufacturer.

• In the event that the manufacturer returns the product to offset the purchase of a new one, the latter reserves the right to charge a commission of at least 50% of the original cost of the product due to its depreciation.
